The last day of this CSA season will be this Thursday, October 30! Thanks to everyone for a great CSA season. We hope to see you all next year!

Ever wonder what happens to extra food or shares not picked up? Every week, the Love Kitchen, located at 204th Street and 9th Avenue in Inwood, picks up the vegetables and fruits that are not taken by CSA members. The Love Kitchen's programs include free meals for those in need, an emergency food pantry, and referrals to aid programs.

News from CSA Pastured Meat & Poultry:
The delivery dates and ordering deadlines for additional products after November are not yet available. We do have the information for the November delivery - note: the turkey order date is earlier than the order date for other products, although the delivery date is the same. Also note that some of you received an email saying that the next delivery was 11/6, with an order date of 11/1. This was sent in error. There is no 11/6 delivery date for Inwood.

TURKEYS ONLY - order by 11/6 - Delivery on 11/20
Order all other products by 11/15 - Delivery on 11/20
The 11/20 delivery will be at an alternate location in the area, not the CSA pickup site, because CSA vegetable deliveries will be over by then.
